Senior Product Manager – Fleet Telematics (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a senior product manager to own the vision, roadmap and global delivery of its fleet telematics portfolio. The role will be based in Luxembourg or London and will drive how connected‑vehicle technology improves fleet safety, predictive maintenance and operational efficiency across the last‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi‑year telematics product strategy aligned with global fleet and delivery objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from discovery through large‑scale deployment, including requirements definition, prioritisation and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Negotiate and manage contractual relationships with telematics vendors, establishing SLAs, performance metrics and renewal processes.
• Implement vendor governance to ensure data quality, KPI delivery and compliance with contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with engineering, data‑science, legal and operations teams to deliver capabilities such as real‑time vehicle tracking, fault diagnostics, driver‑behaviour monitoring and predictive maintenance.
• Drive adoption of telematics solutions across Delivery Service Partner networks and internal fleet operations at scale.
• Monitor product metrics, report outcomes to senior leadership and continuously improve the offering.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging connected‑vehicle technologies and integration opportunities, including OEM partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regional data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and delivering actionable insights.
• Track record of working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy and achieving goals across multiple geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Experience in vendor governance, commercial negotiations and contract management.
