Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead vendor relationships and optimise procurement processes in our Luxembourg office. The role involves overseeing supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across the procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and improve existing procurement workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance both operationally and contractually.
• Identify and implement tools for tracking and measuring supplier performance.
• Verify and ensure quality of Assignment Terms of Reference (ATORs) for formal RFPs within Framework Agreements.
• Organise and supervise Call‑Off procedures, handling documentation, deadlines and communications with vendors.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, contractual terms and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of public procurement frameworks and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent document control, filing and record‑management capabilities.
• Ability to verify compliance with established procurement guidelines.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in project coordination or management environments.
• Background in monitoring and evaluating supplier performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
