Senior Penetration Tester / Red Team Operator

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester / Red Team Operator to join our team in Luxembourg. In this full‑time, hybrid position you will lead advanced penetration tests and complex Red Team engagements that challenge our customers' security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated adversary simulation campaigns across the full attack lifecycle.
• Identify attack paths, exploit vulnerabilities, maintain stealthy persistence, and deliver actionable remediation insights.
• Develop and enhance offensive tooling, methodologies, and tradecraft.
• Collaborate closely with clients to provide strategic security recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale Red Team engagements in real‑world environments.
• Hands‑on expertise across multiple offensive phases and ability to work autonomously in high‑security settings.
• Solid background in standard penetration testing (network, cloud, web, mobile, thick‑client applications).
• Demonstrated experience in at least one area such as initial access, vulnerability research, malware development, or post‑exploitation.
• Deep understanding of modern cyber threats, detection mechanisms, and defensive strategies.
