Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its rapidly expanding Transfer Pricing practice. You will work with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, providing specialised advice on complex transfer pricing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transfer pricing services, including documentation, planning, advance pricing agreements and valuation exercises.
• Advise clients on technical transfer pricing issues and align policies with their strategic objectives.
• Lead a team of consultants, support business development, and cultivate client relationships.
• Collaborate with other PwC departments across Luxembourg and abroad.
• Contribute to the evolution of service offerings and digital tools.
• Deliver in‑house and external training sessions and represent PwC at conferences and industry working groups.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or law.
• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or a related field (financial firm, bank, law firm or accounting firm).
• Strong autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.
