About the role
We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing to lead a global portfolio of in‑person events. The role combines high‑level planning with hands‑on execution to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships within a remote‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute strategy, planning, and performance measurement for enterprise‑level experiential programs and events.
- Develop pipeline‑generation tactics, including target account lists, attendee engagement plans, and post‑event follow‑up in partnership with sales and business development.
- Oversee end‑to‑end event operations: agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts, and budget.
- Create integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships, and content to attract high‑value accounts.
- Track and report on metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, ROI, attendance, and deal acceleration.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design, and marketing operations to ensure alignment.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential or event marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of managing large‑scale events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
- Comfortable with AI tools and data‑driven decision making.
