Senior Manager – Data & AI Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Data & AI Services function in Luxembourg. The role combines data leadership, AI‑enabled analytics, and commercial delivery within a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. You will work on modern cloud data platforms, GenAI workflows, and digital commerce ecosystems while delivering actionable insights for customers and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, BI Engineers, Analysts, and delivery specialists.
• Define and execute the strategic direction for data, AI, and analytics services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data‑driven products and insights.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of modern data platforms and cloud analytics ecosystems.
• Drive experimentation, AI‑enabled analytics, and GenAI workflow integration.
• Manage commercial delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Data, BI or Analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and AI‑enabled delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial communication skills.
• Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering data‑driven products, insights, or operational analytics solutions.
• Background in retail, eCommerce, customer analytics or digital environments is a plus.
