Senior Influencer Marketing Manager – Remote (Italy)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer programmes in Italy. You will shape creative campaigns, build strong relationships with creators and drive engagement for our sports‑nutrition brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and nurture relationships with social media influencers that match our brand values.
• Design and launch influencer marketing campaigns that capture the target audience and generate buzz.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce shareable assets together with influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and optimise future initiatives.
• Organise influencer events, photoshoots and video productions for our social channels.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition sector in Italy.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative thinker capable of developing engaging campaigns.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
