Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Financial Analyst to lead finance transformation, support business units, and deliver executive‑level reporting. The role combines deep accounting knowledge with hands‑on experience in ERP and modern reporting tools, driving digitalisation and AI adoption within finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly closings in line with Luxembourg GAAP.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for management and the parent company.
• Analyse performance, comment on variances and key performance indicators.
• Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement of accounting processes.
• Implement and optimise modern finance tools within the ERP landscape.
• Support integration of AI‑driven solutions in finance.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Develop management reports and interactive dashboards.
• Act as liaison between accounting, management and group functions.
• Participate in strategic projects to evolve the finance organisation.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Strong knowledge of monthly closing processes and group reporting.
• Interest in digitalisation, automation and AI in finance.
• Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style.
• Fluency in German and English is ideal.
