Senior Finance Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join a dynamic real‑estate investment firm in Luxembourg. Reporting to the Fund Controller, you will manage day‑to‑day accounting for multiple investment funds and contribute ideas to enhance processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks for four real‑estate funds, each with assets of at least €1 billion.
• Support the Fund Controller with month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reconciliations and regulatory reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate accounting.
• Preferably background with a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
