Senior Digital PR & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital PR & Account Manager to lead client‑facing digital public‑relations initiatives. The role blends strategic PR, relationship management, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver high‑impact campaigns for enterprise‑level and Fortune 500 brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, publishers and industry influencers.
• Negotiate placements, partnerships, interviews and content opportunities.
• Design and execute digital PR campaigns that boost brand visibility and secure quality media coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings, presentations and campaign reviews.
• Manage client expectations, timelines and deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal content, SEO, link‑building and outreach teams to translate client goals into actionable plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital PR, communications or account management.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑level client relationships independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
