Senior Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

Arendt & Medernach is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to lead the implementation of its digital and marketing strategy. You will work within an innovative team, shaping the firm’s online presence and supporting business development across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital marketing strategies for the web, analysing performance metrics and reporting results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase website traffic, user engagement and ensure brand consistency.
• Support the rollout of new digital tools and provide group and one‑on‑one training on social media and website usage.
• Manage website content, SEO, UX/UI improvements and Google Ads campaigns.
• Lead social media initiatives on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, including content planning, LinkedIn Ads, KPI monitoring and video platform management.
• Create, format and dispatch newsletters, optimise open and click‑through rates, and coordinate with external email‑marketing providers.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, SEO best practices and paid media.
• Passion for social media and ability to stay current with emerging trends.
