About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. You will work closely with sales and design teams to generate qualified leads from dental professionals and drive pipeline growth for our AI‑enhanced healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting dental practices.
  • Manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding and ad copy.
  • Align campaign targeting with the ideal customer profile and collaborate with sales to ensure a high‑quality pipeline.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, MQL quality, conversion rates) and produce weekly insights and monthly reports.
  • Work with design to A/B test landing pages and ad creatives for higher conversion.
  • Own attribution tracking via HubSpot and GA4 and ensure marketing impact is measurable.
  • Run structured tests on audiences, creatives, copy and bidding strategies, scaling successful tactics.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record managing Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Based in Luxembourg or willing to work hybrid from Luxembourg.
