Senior Consultant IT Performance & Strategy

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for bright and dynamic senior consultants to join its CIO Advisory practice in Luxembourg. You will build relationships and deliver results on projects covering information system strategy, digital transformation and the transformation of the information system department.

Key responsibilities

• Define the information system strategy and the strategy for digital transformation
• Implement these strategies
• Transform the organisation of the information system department and its operational model
• Contribute to Sia's internal activities: develop and strengthen its offer by interpreting innovation and challenges in information system and digital strategy, and support business development through need definition and commercial initiatives

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering or Information Technology
• 3 to 6 years' experience as a consultant in the required domains
• Good track record during studies and a first successful and relevant job experience
• Proficiency in French and English is essential; Luxembourgish is a plus
• Willingness to take up responsibility quickly and to participate in assignments abroad, especially in Paris
