Senior Business Developer – Web3 & Digital Finance

About the role

ANote Music is seeking a senior business developer to lead its expansion into the Web3 ecosystem and traditional digital finance. You will work closely with senior leadership, product, and technology teams to create and close high‑impact partnerships that broaden the platform’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate technical partnerships with blockchain protocols, tokenisation platforms, infrastructure providers and DeFi ecosystems.
• Build commercial relationships with DAOs, Web3 venture capital firms and crypto‑native communities.
• Represent ANote Music at Web3 conferences, blockchain summits and industry events.
• Establish and grow relationships with regulated digital‑asset players, neobanks, digital brokers and fintech platforms.
• Position the company as a bridge between music‑royalty investment and mainstream digital finance.
• Own the full business‑development cycle from prospecting to deal closure and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in business development, partnerships or sales within fintech, blockchain or digital‑finance environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and proven ability to close complex B2B deals.
• Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, tokenisation and regulated investment platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product and technology teams.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and stakeholder meetings.
