Senior Business Analyst – On-site Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg on a long‑term, full‑time basis. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality business and functional requirements, IT specifications, and supporting the continuous evolution of the ASApp platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clear, structured business and functional requirements and IT specifications for review by stakeholders.
• Ensure functional completeness and consistency across mandates and maintain robust workflow management.
• Enhance reporting and monitoring functionality and support scalability of the ASApp platform.
• Support the continuous evolution of ASApp in line with business priorities and governance requirements.
• Improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality across advisory operations.
• Conduct detailed “as‑is” analysis of existing ASApp functionalities, identify gaps, and define “to‑be” workflows.
• Review and evolve data models, specify new or adapted functionalities, and produce comprehensive functional design documentation.
