Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will drive key business initiatives by translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements and working closely with stakeholders across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring functional completeness, robust workflow management, and enhanced reporting for the ASApp platform.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and drive business initiatives through detailed requirement analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and functional consistency.
• Maintain and improve workflow management capabilities.
• Enhance reporting and monitoring functionalities.
• Support scalability and future evolution of the ASApp platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project management.
• Strong communication, presentation and user‑training skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
