Senior Backend Software Engineer

About the role

PM-International is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join its Luxembourg headquarters. You will work on high‑availability, resilient, and scalable services that support the global FitLine brand in the health, fitness and beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate backend services with a focus on availability and scalability.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and define the "big picture" technical direction.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components.
• Work closely with project managers to align delivery with business goals.
• Build reusable libraries and tools following best‑practice software development standards.
• Conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement of code quality.
• Stay current with modern technologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience developing cloud‑based applications, preferably on Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across groups.
• Motivation for continuous performance and availability improvements.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and openness to full‑stack work.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
