Senior Android Developer – Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to design, build and maintain high‑quality native Android applications. You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver robust, scalable Android applications using modern Android technologies.
• Implement new features, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and UI tests to ensure application quality.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production incidents and optimise apps for stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on security, maintainability and overall quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing native Android applications in demanding environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Android SDK development (Java/Kotlin).
• Automated unit testing and UI testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps.
