Senior Android Developer (M/F)

About the role

Consort Group is looking for a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality native Android applications. You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences and continuously improve the mobile development ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable Android applications using modern Android technologies.
• Implement new features, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and UI tests to guarantee application quality.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of applications in production.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and defects.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA to improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, security, and maintainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demanding mobile development environments.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and explore new technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude in an Agile setting.
