About the role

Dussmann Luxembourg is seeking bilingual Security Officers to join its growing security department in Luxembourg. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for visitors, employees and assets while providing professional front‑desk assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide necessary assistance.
• Manage and operate access‑control systems.
• Conduct regular safety rounds and patrols.
• Ensure security procedures are applied on‑site and throughout the facility.
• Contribute to a reassuring and secure atmosphere for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Valid certifications in First Aid, M1 and Conflict Management.
• Fluent in French and able to communicate in English (minimum B1).
• Professional, courteous, discreet and able to handle stress.
• Well‑presented, positive attitude and flexible for night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Own a driving licence and personal vehicle.
