Security Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Security Intelligence Analyst will support NATO’s security mission by providing open‑source intelligence, promoting a security‑aware culture, and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive Open‑Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis.
• Facilitate and present intelligence findings persuasively to gain stakeholder buy‑in.
• Support cultural change initiatives to embed a security‑aware mindset across the organisation.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 4 years of post‑related experience (or equivalent secondary education with 6 years experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of French.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and promote security awareness.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Open‑Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques.
