Responsable Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information (m/f/d) – CDI

About the role

The Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch is seeking a dedicated Information Systems Security Manager to lead the protection of its digital assets across three hospital sites. You will ensure that confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, applications, and infrastructure meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and continuous monitoring of the information system security posture.
• Ensure compliance with national regulations, internal policies, and industry security standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the national regulator (ILR) and the High Commission for National Protection (HCPN) on cybersecurity matters.
• Inform and train users on security best practices, including backup procedures, virus protection, and data confidentiality.
• Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans for critical systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing information security within a complex organization, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing data protection.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with regulators, senior management, and end‑users.

Required skills

• Knowledge of security audit methodologies and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and incident response processes.
