Responsable du département des soins (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible leader to head the care department of our residential facility. The role involves overseeing the quality of care for residents and managing a large team of nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the daily care of residents.
• Lead and supervise a team of more than 50 nursing and care professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg’s dependency and health‑insurance regulations.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and contribute to financial planning.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Holder of a Luxembourg‑recognised nursing diploma.
• Completed training in care management.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in financial management and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the three official languages of Luxembourg.
• Passion for working with older adults.

Required skills

• Proficient use of IT applications for care management.
