Remote Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Software Engineer to act as a Software Engineering evaluator. You will help create high-quality datasets for training and benchmarking large language models by curating and refining code across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust and Go for AI model training.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.
• Develop agents that verify code quality and detect error patterns.
• Design verification mechanisms for software-engineering tasks and hypothesize on the software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build full-stack, production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, debugging and code-review processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication for clear evaluation rationales.
