Remote Software Engineer – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Software Engineer to act as a Software Engineering evaluator, creating high-quality datasets and refining AI-generated code for large language models. You will work closely with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and create code examples in Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go for training and benchmarking large language models.
• Evaluate, correct, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers and product teams to enhance AI-driven coding tools and meet industry performance benchmarks.
• Build verification agents that automatically assess code quality and detect error patterns.
• Design and test verification mechanisms for software-engineering tasks across the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build full-stack, production-grade applications using modern languages and tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, debugging, and code-review processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.
