Reliability Specialist

About the role

The Reliability Specialist will help create a safer, more reliable, and higher‑performing manufacturing environment by turning failure insights and predictive maintenance data into actionable improvements. This role supports sustainable plant performance and drives a proactive reliability culture across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate reliability improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring failures and boost asset performance.
• Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align reliability actions with plant safety, productivity, and operational targets.
• Analyze predictive maintenance and condition monitoring reports, translating findings into clear action plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
• Participate in major equipment failure responses, leading investigations and communicating updates.
• Plan and execute reliability‑focused maintenance and post‑service improvement activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or engineering.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean, or similar operational excellence environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance systems, reliability methodologies, and asset performance improvement.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders.
• Understanding of safety standards, project management principles, and strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
