Quality Assurance Test Engineer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Test Engineer will ensure that software deliverables meet functional and regulatory standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to guarantee high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Define test plans and strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Prepare, execute, and document test cases, reporting anomalies and tracking their resolution.
• Validate deliverables against specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to clarify requirements and support user‑acceptance phases.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7–10 years of IT experience with a strong background in QA and testing.
• Experience in automation and functional testing, preferably in public administration or government settings.
• Fluent in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).
• Analytical mindset, strong communication, team spirit, autonomy, and ability to meet deadlines.
