Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and mature its software quality assurance and governance processes. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance across third‑party application maintenance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, establish, and evolve comprehensive software QA and governance processes.
• Implement, monitor, and optimise continuous‑improvement plans for application maintenance workflows.
• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality.
• Conduct regular quality audits and manage corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
• Oversee test strategy, management, and verification activities using senior‑level testing expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in quality process definition, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and KPI/SLAs tracking, preferably within a Third‑Party Application Maintenance environment.
• Documented record of at least 660 man‑days as a Quality Manager over the past five years.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT discipline (or a Bachelor’s degree with additional experience as defined).
• Fluent French (C1) and functional English (B1) according to CEFR.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with JIRA and its ecosystem plugins.
• Proven expertise in XRay for test management, tracking, and execution, supported by at least three project references.
