Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

UFODRIVE is scaling its UFOFleet mobility platform and is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability of its software releases. You will join a fast‑growing team that supports millions of kilometres driven by hundreds of thousands of users across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the quality strategy for the platform, guaranteeing robust releases at scale.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites to catch regressions before production.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
• Identify, document and track defects, collaborating closely with engineers to drive resolution.
• Provide technical leadership on QA best practices and continuously improve testing tools, processes and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or test engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple test cycles simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and an excellent communicator.
• Based in Belgium, Dublin or Luxembourg and able to work onsite at least two days per week.
• Legal right to work in the selected location.
