Qualified Educator / Trainee (M/W/NB) – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a qualified educator or a trainee to join the Maison Relais Capellen team on a permanent, full-time basis (25 hours per week). The role involves supporting children from Cycle 1 to Cycle 4 in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany children throughout the day.
• Participate in and help develop educational projects tailored to children’s needs.
• Support each child’s individual development and learning progress.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with parents.

Required profile

• Recognised Luxembourgish diploma in education or currently enrolled in an educator training programme.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
