QA Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability, quality, and performance of a fast‑evolving digital trading platform in the fintech and digital assets ecosystem. The role is remote‑first, part of a globally distributed team, and combines hands‑on automation development with exploratory and regression testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated end‑to‑end test suites using Cypress for the web platform.
• Automate REST API tests with frameworks such as Mocha and Chai.
• Investigate, reproduce, and debug test failures to improve platform stability.
• Execute manual regression testing during release cycles.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to expand test coverage and refine automation strategies.
• Support CI/CD pipeline improvements and integrations using tools like TeamCity.
• Participate in code reviews and follow GitHub version‑control best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or software testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate blockers effectively.
