Project Manager – Technical Projects (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical projects within our Project Management Department. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure delivery within budget, time and scope, and support regulatory, operational and system improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver technical projects from initiation to deployment, aligning with business and technical objectives.
• Drive technical decisions, review solutions and anticipate challenges to avoid bottlenecks.
• Act as liaison between engineering, product and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation plans and monitor progress.
• Allocate resources, maintain project budgets and manage timelines.
• Implement and optimise Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Kanban processes to ensure efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven project‑management experience in the financial services sector.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical partners.
• Understanding of banking activities such as Asset Services, Transaction Management or Fund Accounting.
• Strong IT background with a focus on how technical tasks are performed.
• Prince2, PM or MSP certification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, reporting and analytical skills, capable of managing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
