Project Manager – Programme Tools Implementation

About the role

The Programme Tools Implementation Project Manager will lead the deployment, operation and continuous improvement of the IRIS2 programme management toolset. This role ensures that planning, risk, change, reporting and document‑management tools are correctly configured, integrated and maintained for consistent use across all programme segments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation and deployment of programme tools as structured projects (scope, schedule, stakeholders, risks).
• Configure tools according to requirements from Programme Integration & Control, aligning with workflows and data structures.
• Ensure integration and data consistency between tools covering planning, risk, change and reporting.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operation of the tool landscape, including updates, improvements and issue resolution.
• Monitor tool usage and adoption across programme teams and provide hands‑on support.
• Support creation of dashboards and reports through correct tool configuration and data availability.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors and enterprise functions for deployment, maintenance and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of programme management domains such as planning, risk, change and reporting.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into practical tool configurations.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative approach with cross‑functional project teams.
