Project Manager – Programme Tools Implementation (IRIS2)

About the role

The Programme Tools Implementation Project Manager will lead the deployment, configuration and continuous improvement of the toolset that supports the IRIS2 satellite programme. This role ensures that planning, risk, change, reporting and document‑management tools are aligned with programme workflows and are reliably available to all project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and rollout of programme tools as structured projects, defining scope, schedule, stakeholders and risks.
• Configure tools according to requirements from Programme Integration & Control, ensuring alignment with data structures and workflows.
• Maintain integration and data consistency across planning, risk, change and reporting tools.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, including updates, improvements and issue resolution.
• Monitor tool usage, drive adoption among Project Managers, Segment Delivery Managers and support functions.
• Offer hands‑on troubleshooting and user support.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports through correct tool configuration and data availability.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors and enterprise functions for deployment, maintenance and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of programme management domains such as planning, risk, change and reporting.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into practical tool configurations.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative approach with cross‑functional project teams.
