Project Manager – PMO Support for Logistics Value Chain

About the role

Fincons Group is seeking a Project Manager to support the Logistics Value Chain (LVC) within its PMO function. The role is based on‑site in Luxembourg and focuses on governance, strategy, budgeting, demand management and change communication for the VCC (Value Chain Committee) ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end VCC meeting cycle, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, action logs and publishing outputs on Teams/Smartsite.
• Track and report on the VC’s vision, digital storylines and roadmap; monitor risks and issues; produce consolidated status reports for internal and cross‑chain audiences.
• Coordinate budget requests and resource planning with directorates, budget officers and the DTO PMO; monitor budget utilization.
• Maintain the Projects Catalogue and VC Roadmap, support initiative submissions, run backlog reviews and feed improvement requirements into the Demand Management Tool.
• Train new VC members on tools and processes, support workshops and collaborate with DTO facilitators to cascade new ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience eliciting and preparing business requirement documents.
• Experience writing user stories and preparing/executing test cases.
• Strong command of English (C1 level) and ability to work on‑site in Luxembourg.

Required skills

• Knowledge of business requirement modelling techniques such as UML.
• Knowledge of BPMN.
