Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Project Manager at TMT, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical, commercial, and administrative aspects of projects from order assignment to contractual completion.
• Analyse customer needs, adapt and implement suitable technical solutions while maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate, organise, and monitor all project phases to meet schedules and financial targets.
• Handle change requests, enquiries, and claim management.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks through proactive measures.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency in English; additional French or German is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• International mindset with willingness to travel worldwide.
• High degree of initiative, assertiveness and self‑responsibility.
