Program Manager – Event Strategy & Planning (Supply Chain)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead event strategy and planning within the EU Supply Chain & Transportation Planning team. You will work cross‑functionally with Operations and Supply Chain to design and improve the execution of high‑volume events such as Prime Day, ensuring seamless flow from order to delivery across 1P and 3P channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate EU‑level projects, including Lesson Learned tracking and peak‑preparation reporting.
• Administer DBR and WBR processes to drive accountability and capture meeting outcomes.
• Support readiness strategy reviews, action tracking, and documentation for major review cadences.
• Drive process improvements and lead data‑led workstreams to enhance event execution.
• Communicate complex problems, break them into clear actions, and influence decisions at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience in program or project management, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Strong data‑driven mindset for defining and measuring process improvements.
