Procurement Intern (Indirect Procurement)

About the role

This internship supports the Procurement Managers at M7 Luxembourg in handling the full purchasing cycle for a range of indirect categories, including IT tools, software, cloud services, marketing, media content, real‑estate, CRM, events and travel. Working closely with the Head of Procurement, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end procurement processes within a global media group.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing RFPs/RFQs and related consultation documents.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, market benchmarking and communicate with vendors.
• Analyse supplier proposals, support evaluation and negotiation preparation.
• Prepare supplier selection summaries and aid contract drafting, administration and follow‑up.
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and help manage disputes.
• Monitor procurement categories, track portfolio performance and follow up on purchasing requests.
• Produce activity reports, dashboards and conduct market research.
• Support contract lifecycle activities, including review of existing contracts.
