Order Manager – Order-to-Cash Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Order Manager to oversee the complete order‑to‑cash cycle for a leading industrial company in southern Luxembourg. Reporting to the Order Manager Lead, you will ensure that orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and financial transactions are handled correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and validate customer orders in SAP, monitor production progress, and confirm commercial terms such as pricing and payment conditions.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to plan shipments, prepare export documentation (certificates, pro‑forma invoices) and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage credit limits, generate invoices, issue credit notes, and produce regular client‑flow reports.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status and resolve issues together with internal departments.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• Commercial degree with proven experience in customer relationship management.
• Fluent in French, English and German.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor and the ability to work independently while supporting team collaboration.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced use of the Office 365 suite.
