Operations Officer – Benelux

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a proactive Operations Officer to support the Director of Operations Benelux. You will be the central coordination point for the Operations as a Service (OaaS) layer, ensuring governance, data consolidation and internal communication run smoothly across the Benelux region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, run and follow‑up on all OaaS governance rituals (Business Reviews, ExCo sessions, Reforecast cycles, Pipeline and HR reviews).
• Log, track and chase commitments from governance sessions, flagging any drift before it reaches senior leadership.
• Own cross‑OaaS programmes such as Budget & Reforecast cycles and IT Cost Analysis, ensuring clear ownership and progress.
• Consolidate data from Workday, Whoz, Salesforce and Excel into executive dashboards and one‑pagers.
• Produce internal communications – weekly updates, kickoff messages, newsletters and change announcements.
• Provide executive support by preparing CMT sessions, briefing the Director and leading meetings when required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years experience in a senior PMO, executive business partner or business operations role.
• Background in IT services or consulting.
• Proven experience running governance for senior leaders.
• Strong financial literacy – comfortable reading P&L, participating in reforecast conversations and spotting inconsistencies.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); Dutch and Italian are a plus.
