Operations Junior Technician (NAMRO)

About the role

The NAMRO Operations Junior Technician will support the maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment within a NATO environment. The role combines hands‑on mechanical work, electronic testing, and specialised welding and soldering tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment using machine‑shop tools and specialised test devices.
• Perform welding, soldering, and electronic assembly tasks.
• Program and operate modern electronic test equipment for diagnostics.
• Apply knowledge of integrated circuits and digital logic to troubleshoot electronic systems.
• Collaborate with multinational teams and ensure compliance with NATO standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years recent experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, preferably from a military or similar civilian organisation.
• Specialised training in welding and soldering.
• Strong background in general electronics, integrated circuits and digital logic.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
