Operational Manager – Multi‑Venue Hospitality

About the role

Concept&Partners, an independent hospitality group based in Luxembourg, is seeking an Operational Manager to oversee multiple venues. Reporting to senior management, you will act as the bridge between the group and venue teams, ensuring daily operations align with the group’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support the daily operations of several venues, maintaining consistency with group standards.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to structure operations, improve performance and drive service excellence.
• Manage service quality, team organisation, cost control and overall efficiency on the ground.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement concrete action plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of venue teams.
• Ensure proper implementation of group processes, standards and compliance (HACCP, safety, etc.).
• Act as a hands‑on problem solver in complex or high‑pressure situations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of concepts, guest experience and operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational role within hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple sites or working in a structured group is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented field presence.
• Proven ability to lead, challenge and support managers.
• Solid understanding of operational and financial performance drivers.
• Structured, organised and comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
