Onboarding Trainee – Fund Services

About the role

We are looking for an Onboarding Trainee to join our Fund Services team. You will support the client onboarding process, KYC verification and related compliance activities, gaining exposure to fund administration and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Onboarding Assistant Manager and AML/KYC team in onboarding new clients.
• Monitor onboarding progress and support daily activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and finalize Service Agreements, handling client queries professionally.
• Support bank account opening processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain the client database, tracking documentation status.
• Compile KYC onboarding files in line with Ocorian policies and Luxembourg regulations.
• Prepare minutes and documentation for New Business Acceptance Committee meetings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AML laws and regulations in Luxembourg.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Willingness to learn HR systems and internal processes.
