Networking (UC) Engineer – Customer‑Facing Role

About the role

Damovo is looking for a customer‑focused Networking (Unified Communications) Engineer to join an on‑site team supporting a large banking customer. The position involves day‑to‑day management of the UC environment, ensuring high‑quality support and service‑level compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the customer’s UC environment, monitoring devices and performance.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, both remotely and on‑site.
• Record all work in the ticketing system and ensure service levels are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and senior engineers for complex issues.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Teams, or CompTIA Network+.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
