Network Engineer – Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join the DPS Business Unit at Sopra Steria Luxembourg. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, system integrity and data protection across the company’s IT environment while collaborating with multiple departments to embed security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform critical reviews of network configurations from functional and security perspectives.
• Contribute to hardening of the network infrastructure and suggest architectural improvements.
• Maintain and protect network connectivity, system integrity and data across the organization.
• Integrate security solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to support business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• First experience in network administration is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• EU citizenship and fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Experience with Stormshield security solutions.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls.
• Familiarity with Fortinet products.
• Understanding of VPN technologies.
