Microsoft System Administrator

About the role

Victor Buck Services is seeking a Microsoft‑experienced System Administrator to join its IT Infrastructure team. You will help ensure the reliability, efficiency and security of the company’s Microsoft‑based environment while supporting the new M365 journey.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of Microsoft infrastructure platforms.
• Handle incoming requests and incidents related to Microsoft systems and prepare change implementations.
• Perform performance tuning, hardware and software upgrades, and system patching.
• Maintain system integrity through daily checks and resource validation.
• Review and update disaster recovery plans and recovery procedures.
• Monitor security continuously and propose improvements.
• Participate in ad‑hoc infrastructure projects and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong accountability, trust and client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with 150+ employees of 21 nationalities.

• Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.).
