Medical Operation Regulator – Shift Work

About the role

Join Luxembourg Air Rescue Group as a Medical Operation Regulator, coordinating life‑saving medical missions across Europe and beyond. You will work in a dynamic, shift‑based environment that operates 7 days a week, without night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage repatriation requests for LAR members, handling the full operational organisation from request to follow‑up.
• Perform medical clearance for European Air Ambulance (EAA) missions.
• Organise and monitor secondary missions such as hospital‑to‑hospital transfers and organ transports.
• Book ground ambulances for both fixed‑wing and rotary‑wing missions.
• Serve as the primary contact for members, families, hospitals and medical crews.
• Handle administrative tasks related to medical aspects of mission planning.
• Support broader operational activities, including flight bookings and cross‑departmental coordination.

Required profile

• Degree in a medical field (registered nurse or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a clinical or medical‑operations setting.
• Strong command of English and proficiency in at least two of Luxembourgish, French, and German.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools, especially MS Office.
