Marketing Manager - Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

Join PwC's Marketing & Communications team as a Marketing Manager focused on the Asset & Wealth Management sector. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will act as the primary contact for marketing activities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic and operational marketing plan for the Asset & Wealth Management industry, aligned with firm goals and budgets.
• Coordinate campaigns, content creation, events, thought‑leadership pieces, and business‑development support across the firm.
• Translate strategic ambitions into measurable initiatives, monitoring performance through KPIs and dashboards.
• Leverage data, AI and marketing technology to generate insights, optimise performance and support data‑driven decisions.
• Build and orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration with digital, design, events and business teams.
• Support industry account management by identifying priority opportunities, tracking pipelines and providing actionable insights.
• Identify and develop external partnerships with professional associations, academic institutions and industry ecosystems.
• Manage and develop a junior team member, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the Asset Management or Wealth Management sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with practice leaders and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and monitor results.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
