Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

LUXUAV is seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Communication Manager to own the brand, drive visibility and manage the marketing budget within strict confidentiality and export‑control constraints. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will act as the single point of ownership for all marketing activities and help shape a future team as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand and value proposition across products, markets and audiences.
• Create thought‑leadership content such as articles, white papers, presentations, brochures and support leadership visibility on LinkedIn, conferences and industry publications.
• Manage media relations, prepare press releases and coordinate announcements with senior leadership.
• Plan, execute and follow‑up on trade‑show and conference participation, handling logistics, stand design and collateral within budget.
• Run the corporate website and LinkedIn channel, maintaining content calendars, tracking performance and generating leads.
• Produce customer‑facing assets, investor decks and milestone communications to support commercial and fundraising goals.
• Monitor competitor communications in the UAV, defence and aerospace sectors and translate insights into sharper positioning.

Required profile

• BA/MA in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing and communication experience, including several years in a managerial role with a proven delivery record.
• Demonstrated ownership of a marketing budget, supplier negotiation and reporting.
• Hands‑on ability to produce polished copy, decks, basic design and web content without relying solely on external agencies.
• Experience organising trade‑shows and managing press relations.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory); German or Luxembourgish a plus.
