Marketing, Communication & Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing, Communication & Business Development Officer to join our Luxembourg office. You will support the firm’s marketing, communication and business development initiatives across all practice areas, acting as a bridge between partners, lawyers and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and coordinate communications material such as brochures, presentations, press releases, social media posts, newsletters and adverts in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare and update business development assets, including credentials, pitch decks and client‑facing documents.
• Assist lawyers and partners with client‑related materials, background research and meeting preparation.
• Maintain the firm’s website and intranet, ensuring content is accurate and reflects the firm’s positioning.
• Support the planning and execution of client events, conferences, sponsorships and external roadshows, including logistical coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage visibility initiatives, such as legal directory submissions and rankings.
• Update and ensure data quality in the firm’s CRM system.
• Provide general administrative support for marketing, communication and business development activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Experience with website and intranet content management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate events and manage multiple stakeholders.
